Dave French, Executive Director
Starting in January 2006, and responsible for the overall management of the Airport Authority, Dave graduated from William Penn College with a B.A. in Economics. He worked for GTE in Iowa before accepting a position with Citizens Communications and retired as Vice President in charge of Mohave Wireless in 2004. Dave currently serves as the Chairman of Mission Bank; Councilmember for the City of Kingman; Treasurer for the Kingman Regional Medical Center and is a Past President of the Airport Authority Board of Directors.

Brenda Chastain, Director Corporate Administration
Brenda has been with the Airport Authority since 1985 and is responsible for grant preparation and administration, corporate finances and policy administration.

Bob Riley, Director Economic Development
With a degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Bob has been practicing Economic Development in Arizona since 1980. Originally with the Airport Authority from 1980 to 1988, Bob worked in Prescott, Chandler, Glendale and Bullhead City and returned to Kingman in 2002. He is responsible for marketing and leasing sites within the Airport and Industrial Park.

Laryel Tahbo, Airport Operations and Maintenance Supervisor
Laryel recently retired from the fire service with a background as an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter and a trained Emergency Medical Technician. Beginning in December 2005, his responsibilities include daily Airport Operations, Fire Suppression and Airport/Industrial Park Maintenance.

Janie Platt, Administrative Assistant
Janie has been with the Airport Authority since 1990 and is responsible for daily administration functions, reception, scheduling and bookkeeping.
